PAYMENTS

We currently accept card payments through Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

SHIPPING

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

For all these countries we charge a standard shipping fee of EUR 8.00 for each order for delivery by DPD and the usual delivery time is 2 – 5 working days.

Your final order price includes all duties, import costs, and local taxes. No surprises, we promise.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our studio.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from reception to request a return at info@fantasticrealitystudios.com indicating the items you wish to return and the reason of return. We will then provide the return form and return information so you can send back the items.

If you want to make a size exchange you will have to make a return and place a new order.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and include all tags.

Please note we do not provide free return labels. In order to arrange your return simply pack the products nicely and send them back to us. We kindly ask you to include the return form in the package to ensure a fast and easy process. Once we have received your return we will make sure to issue a refund.

We recommend you save your return receipt and tracking number in case you need them later.
