2. Purpose and proof of acceptance
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to regulate the relationship between Fantastic Reality Studios, Michael Sellinger (hereinafter "THE COMPANY") and you (hereinafter "the CLIENT"), regarding all transactions made through this website.
The on-line purchase of the products offered by THE COMPANY through this website will be subject to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
The purchase of the products must be made through the activation of the PAY button that appears at the bottom of the page when you finalize the processing of your order, and express full acceptance of each and every one of the Terms and Conditions as shown prior to the purchase of the products, always visible at the bottom of the website of THE COMPANY.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of CLIENT of THE COMPANY as described in these General Conditions of Contract.
3. Language
The languages in which the contract between THE COMPANY and the CLIENT can be perfected are German and English.
4. Information about the products
The articles offered on the Web Page are a selection of products of clothing and accessories for men and women. THE COMPANY has full ownership of the intellectual property rights on the products contained in this website.

In addition, the characteristics of the natural materials used in the manufacture of some of the products may present variations in texture and colour. These variations will not be considered as quality defects or flaws.
5. Purchase procedure
The articles to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
To make the purchase, the customer's personal data will be required, which will be incorporated into our database in order to be able to process the order. The personal data provided by customers will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our privacy policy.
If you are a registered user you will be able to access, at any time, to the personal data provided and to the information of the orders placed.
Before placing the order, the customer will be presented with a summary of the order identifying the product(s) added to the shopping cart, its total price (including shipping and taxes) with each of the items broken down and the shipping details of the order, so that the customer can confirm the order by clicking on the button with the expression 'PAY'.
Once the order has been placed, the order number will be communicated through the website itself so that the customer can, at any time and from their device, track it.
Likewise, an automatic e-mail message will be sent to the address indicated by the customer to acknowledge receipt of the order with a description of the order and including the personal data provided by the customer.
Receipt of this order acknowledgement does not signify acceptance of the order by Fantastic Reality Studios. All orders are subject to acceptance by the company.
Fantastic Reality Studios is not obligated to accept the order and may, at its discretion, refuse to accept the order. The customer, however, acknowledges that by clicking on the "PAY" button, he/she acquires the obligation to pay for the product(s).
In this regard, the order is considered accepted when the company notifies the customer via a new email confirming that the order has been shipped. The contract between the customer and the company in relation to the product(s) ordered shall be deemed to have been concluded when the customer is sent its Confirmation. The Contract shall only relate to the product(s) credited in the Confirmation. Fantastic Reality Studios shall not be obliged to supply any product that has not been confirmed.
6. Right not to accept a product
Fantastic Reality Studios may cancel any confirmed order or not accept an order placed for the following reasons:
In case of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained in the Web Page when the order was placed.
Due to lack of availability.
When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
When we have not been able to deliver the order at the address provided by the customer.
7. Availability of Products
All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If it is not possible to have such availability, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the item charged and not shipped will be paid to the customer in the following days, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.
8. Prices and payment methods
8.1 Prices
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order.
The prices are detailed in each article and include VAT (Value Added Tax), as appropriate. The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in an itemized manner at the time the order is placed.
The COMPANY reserves the right to make on the website, at any time and without prior notice, the changes it deems appropriate, and may update products and services depending on the market.
8.2 Method of payment
Purchases, depending on the products to be purchased, can be paid through the means listed below:
Debit/credit card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron).
9. Shipping Policy
The COMPANY sends orders to its customers through DPD. Orders are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER, within 2-5 working days.
The delivery date at the CUSTOMER'S address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping zone.
10. Exchanges and returns policy
Returns
To proceed with a return of an item purchased in our online store, the CUSTOMER must request the return by e-mail to info@fantasticrealitystudios.com and send the return within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days following the purchase of the product.
The items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, not being used, washed or damaged, and with their original tags.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or item, the CUSTOMER will have to make a return and place a new order.
Refund
Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the refund in the same payment method that the CUSTOMER used at the time of purchase and we will notify him by email.
It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in the CUSTOMER's account, depending on the payment method. The CUSTOMER's bank or debit/credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
If after 15 business days the CUSTOMER has not received the refund, the CUSTOMER can contact us at info@fantasticrealitystudios.com
Returns of erroneous or defective products
In the event that Fantastic Reality Studios has mistakenly sent a product different from the one ordered, that the quality of the product sent is not adequate or that the product does not conform to the stipulations of the contract, the product will be replaced or the amount of the returned product and the shipping costs incurred (if the order was for a single item) will be refunded in full.
11. Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER shall have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to terminate the contract.
THE COMPANY guarantees the CUSTOMER the possibility to cancel his order at any time and without any cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify THE COMPANY via email to info@fantasticrealitystudios.com of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement.
THE COMPANY will promptly communicate to the CUSTOMER the acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal.
12. Responsibilities of the CLIENT
The CLIENT undertakes to make a lawful use of the services, without contravening the legislation in force, or harming the rights and interests of third parties.
The CLIENT guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when filling in the contracting forms, avoiding causing damages to THE COMPANY as a result of the incorrectness of the same.
Failure to comply with any of the Contracting Conditions may result in the non-acceptance of an order and therefore the non-delivery of a product.
